Therefore, we take maximum effort to ensure an excellent user experience for visitors. This ensures the site is flexible and adaptable to multiple users and technologies.

Our accessibility statement ensures our website is compatible with:

  • Recent versions of screen readers
  • Operating system screen magnifiers
  • Web accessibility guidelines

In Editster, we strive to make accessible to make everyone as per the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Revised 508 standards and EN 301 549 standards were created to allow for greater accessibility for individuals having disabilities. It is recognized best practices as recommended by the World web consortium, consisting of three levels of accessibility measurement, A, AA, and AAA. Editster strives to conform to accomplish the guidelines mentioned in WCAG 2.1 level AA, which aligns to these standards.

    As per the guidelines, we:

  • Design site templates with color contrast, header order, and other necessary elements.
  • Design the templates that are suitable for multiple input and output devices.
  • Make sure that all non-textual elements have “alt text” for all the images and videos.
  • Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)

As part of our commitment to accessibility, we follow the VPAT document for the accessibility of the product according to Section 508 standards. It is a standardized form to document a product's conformance with accessibility standards. The VPAT is majorly used for the creation of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs), which are for describing the feasibility and accessibility of a product's features. Our disability incorporation journey is a continuous process and we are committed to help customers who are building accessible environments.
